Welcome Home
Worship in spirit and in truth.
At City of Miracles, we believe God is still in the miracle-working business: saving souls, healing hearts and restoring lives. Jesus said the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, and that is why we gather. We lift up His name, receive His Word, and grow together as one body in Christ.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here, and we will walk with you every step of the way.
John 4:23–24The Life of the City
Rooted in the Word. Bearing much fruit.
Like the early church, we continue steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine, in fellowship, and in prayer (Acts 2:42).
Liberty in worship
Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Lift your hands and your voice without holding back.
2 Corinthians 3:17A closer walk with God
Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Our teaching leads you into a deeper, personal relationship with Him.
James 4:8A lamp for daily life
The Word rightly divided and plainly taught, so you can live it Monday through Saturday, not only on Sunday.
Psalm 119:105Fellowship that sharpens
As iron sharpeneth iron, our small groups build friendships founded on faith and accountability.
Proverbs 27:17Gifts put to work
Every believer has received a gift. Discover yours and use it to serve the body and bless the city.
1 Peter 4:10New to the City? There’s a seat for you.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
The Word
Faith cometh by hearing.

Through God’s Eyes
Pastor Ezra L. O’Neal Jr.
What our eyes see is limited. What God sees has no limits. Pastor O’Neal taught that the Lord who watched over us in the womb already sees our whole story, and that the gifts He placed in us before we were born can carry us farther than any formal training. The call: stop measuring your life by what you can see, and start trusting what God already knows.
Our Shepherd
Pastor Ezra L. O’Neal Jr.
In January 1995, Pastor O’Neal preached his first message in the game room of an apartment complex in Pleasant Grove, Dallas. It was a day of small beginnings, and God was in it. From that humble gathering, then called Miracle Apostolic Church, the Lord built the ministry we know today as City of Miracles. More than three decades later, He is still building it.
“For who hath despised the day of small things?” Zechariah 4:10
“A little bit of truth cures a whole lot of pain.”

Our Mission
To teach and preach the full gospel to believers and unbelievers for the empowerment of our lives.
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15
Sow into the work of the Kingdom.
God loveth a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). Your faithful giving helps the Word go forth every Sunday, every Wednesday, and every day in between.
