“A little bit of truth
will cure a
whole lot of pain!”

WHAT TO EXPECT

New Convert

38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

The New King James Version (Ac 2:38–39)

Faith Common Questions

Common sense is not faith, and faith is not common sense; they stand in the relation of the natural and the spiritual; of impulse and inspiration. Nothing Jesus Christ ever said is common sense, it is revelation sense, and it reaches the shores where common sense fails. Faith must be tried before the reality of faith is actual.

Should I be Baptized?

Coming of the Holy Spirit

2 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

The New King James Version (Ac 2:1–4)

What do I do when I Get There?

17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

The New King James Version (2 Co 3:17)
