For the last 28 years, the City of Miracles have been blessed to have Bishop Ezra L. O’Neal Jr. as our Shepherd.
Bishop’s journey into ministry and his calling began in the game room of Lakeland Manor Apartments in the southeast part of Dallas, Texas known as Pleasant Grove in January of 1995 when he preached his first message. At that time, the ministry was called Miracle Apostolic Church.
Miracle Apostolic began to grow in membership and visitors. Miracle Apostolic Church implemented Wednesday night Bible Study soon after. Membership started to grow so much so that more space was needed. Not long after, the congregation made its first major move into a 1200 square foot storefront located at 1918 Miller Road in Garland, Texas. It was at this time that Bishop O’Neal Jr. took a faith move leaving his leadership role in Corporate America into full time ministry!
In 1999, several auxiliaries were developed within the ministry as its congregation then moved into its first standalone building of 5000 square feet! Membership increased to approximately 186 members in a four-year time spam. City of Miracles Ministries was then birth from Miracle Apostolic Church a few years after. City of Miracles is still moving forward in ministry with the Word of God still being preached strong in the Lord by Bishop O’Neal Jr. in his words where “A Little Bit of Truth, Cures a Whole Lot of Pain!”
